The item arrived without the lid so Customer Service ordered a replacement item for me. The replacement item arrived without a lid. Customer service said I needed to re-order, not ask for a replacement because the replacement order is "defective" and would always come without the lid. I did not reorder, but returned both deficient items and bought a pot somewhere else. Perhaps the photo and description are not accurate, but Customer Service goes by the same info that I do... |
